Refund Policy

100% Money-Back Within 7 Days
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with overrank for any reason, you can request a full refund within seven (7) days of your first paid charge. No questions asked.
Your card is charged immediately on signup — there is no free trial — and the 7-day window begins on the date of that first charge. Refund requests submitted on or before the seventh day after the first paid charge are honored in full.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@overrank.ai from the email address on your account before the 7-day window expires. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
After the 7-Day Window — No Refunds
After the 7-day window has elapsed, all payments are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly or annual renewal charges, including renewals that were not noticed in advance.
- Mid-cycle cancellations. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — paid or partial.
- Unused subscription time, partial months, or partial years remaining when an account is cancelled, downgraded, or deleted.
- Multi-month or annual prepayments that the customer no longer wishes to use.
- Charges arising from a forgotten cancellation, a forgotten free trial conversion, or a card on file that the customer no longer monitors.
- One-time add-on purchases such as the Pro Keyword Strategy add-on, which are non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings to prevent future charges. Access continues through the end of the current billing period that has already been paid for; no prorated refund is issued for the remainder of that period.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a charge that is outside the 7-day window described above, we reserve the right to (i) contest the chargeback with documentation of these Terms and your account activity, (ii) suspend or terminate your account, and (iii) recover any associated fees through any lawful means. Please contact us at hello@overrank.ai before opening a dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Promotional Discounts
Promotional discounts such as LAUNCH50 apply to the first billing cycle only as a one-time courtesy. Subscriptions renew at the full advertised price thereafter. Renewals at full price after a promotional first cycle are not eligible for a refund outside the 7-day window described above.
Exceptions
- If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued, regardless of how recently the account was charged.
- If you experience a verifiable technical issue caused by our Service that prevents you from using the platform, contact us and we will work to resolve it or, at our sole discretion, issue an account credit (not a cash refund).
- Refunds required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction will be honored to the extent required by that law and no further.
Acknowledgement
By starting a paid subscription with overrank you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree that, except as specifically stated in the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee section above, all payments to overrank are final and non-refundable.
