  • Brand assets: images you upload to the Service

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, articles generated
  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address

  • Analytics data: Google Search Console data (with your explicit consent via OAuth)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To generate AI-written articles tailored to your business
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To submit sitemaps and request indexing via Google Search Console
  • To improve the Service and develop new features

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the platform:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): article content, keywords, and site context are sent to generate articles. Subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy.
  • Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Google: OAuth authentication, Search Console data, Indexing API. Subject to Google’s privacy policy.
  • Serper: keyword research and image search. Search queries are sent to their API.
  • Unsplash: stock images for articles. Subject to Unsplash’s terms.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3): brand image storage. Subject to AWS’s privacy policy.
  • Railway: application hosting and database. Subject to Railway’s privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Generated articles and associated data are retained until you delete them or your account is terminated.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: object to processing of your personal data

6. GDPR Compliance (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, we process your data under the following legal bases: consent (for Google OAuth and analytics), contract performance (to provide the Service), and legitimate interest (to improve the Service and prevent fraud). You may withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting integrations in Settings.

7. CCPA Compliance (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), and encrypted data storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
