Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the overrank affiliate program, which is operated through FirstPromoter. By joining the program you agree to these terms and to FirstPromoter’s own terms of service.

What earns commission

Commission is earned only on an overrank subscription plan: the monthly plan at $39 per month or the annual plan at $25 per month billed annually. You earn 30% of the payment on each eligible subscription for as long as the customer you referred stays subscribed on one of those plans. The 30% rate is what the program pays today; overrank may change the commission percentage at any time on a going-forward basis, as described under Changes and termination below.

What is excluded

Every purchase that is not one of the two subscription plans above is excluded from commission. This includes, without limitation, the Pro Keyword Research add-on, all Backlinks packages (one-time and the recurring Monthly Authority plan), the Launch Package, the Agency plan, and any other one-time, add-on, or non-subscription product now or in the future. No commission is paid on any excluded product.

Recurring commission

Commission continues each month for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed on an eligible plan. It stops for the billing period in which the customer cancels, downgrades off an eligible plan, or otherwise stops paying. Months already earned and paid are yours.

Payouts and the $50 threshold

Payouts are issued monthly through FirstPromoter. There is a $50 minimum payout threshold: you must have earned at least $50 in commission before your first payout is sent. Any balance under $50 rolls over to the following month and accumulates until it reaches $50. You choose PayPal or bank transfer when you sign up, and you are responsible for providing accurate payout details.

Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals

If a referred customer receives a refund or files a chargeback within the 7-day money-back window on their subscription, the related commission is reversed. Commission on subscription payments outside that window is final. Commission is not owed on any payment that overrank does not ultimately collect or that is later refunded or disputed.

Self-referrals and fraud

Self-referrals are not permitted and will be reversed. Any attempt to game the program, including cookie stuffing, fake accounts, buying through your own link, or misattributing traffic, will result in reversal of the affected commissions and may result in termination from the program.

How you may promote overrank

You must promote overrank honestly and disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law, including the FTC endorsement guidelines. You may not make false or misleading claims about overrank, spam, impersonate overrank, or bid on the overrank brand name or close variants in paid search or other paid advertising. Referrals are attributed through your FirstPromoter link and its cookie.

Independent relationship and taxes

Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are solely responsible for any taxes on the commissions you earn.

Changes and termination

overrank may change or discontinue the program at any time, including the commission rate, the payout threshold, and which products are eligible, and may update these terms. overrank may remove any affiliate from the program at its discretion, and may withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Changes, including any change to the commission percentage, apply going forward from the date they are posted and do not affect commission you have already earned. Affiliates who joined at a previously higher commission rate keep that rate; a reduction in the commission percentage applies only to affiliates who join after the change takes effect.
